Industrial Wastewater pH Neutralization Systems
Digital Analysis Manufactures a complete line pH neutralization systems for the neutralization of acidic and alkaline industrial wastewater flows. We provide complete design build services covering the breadth of industrial waste water treatment.
All systems are completely automated requiring very little operator support. For flows up to
200 GPM all systems are skid mounted. Beyond 200 GPM systems are
modular and ship on multiple skid platforms including
systems capable of handling 10,000 GPM or more.
pH Neutralization Systems neutralize excess alkalinity or acidity in wastewater by precisely injecting an
acid (to neutralize a base) or a base (to neutralize an acid) with the goal of bringing the pH into the neutral range, typically

Our neutralization systems use the most sophisticated PLC based Control Systems available in the industry
to control all of the required precision metering pumps, mixers, recirculation / discharge pumps, etc.
We take complete design responsibility for all of our systems from inlet to discharge including, when required,
influent collection / transfer systems, influent equalization, the
automated pH neutralization system as well as final effluent monitoring
and recording.
While many industrial wastewater neutralization applications can be
handled with a standard system as you see on this page most are
customized for the specific application and our engineers take complete
responsibility for specifying the system requirements. We also have
detailed specification and drawing packages for the specifying engineer.
We manufacture
four families of pH neutralization systems as you see here on this
page. Our pHASE family of pH adjustment systems are small batching
systems designed for flows to 40 GPM; our
batchTREAT systems are large
batching systems for flows to 2000 GPM or higher; our
labTREAT
family is designed for flows as low as 1 GPM and as high as 10,000 GPM
or higher, and our
hydroTREAT family for pH neutralization of alkaline wastewater using
CO2.

pHASE Family of pH Adjustment systems are batch systems designed to handle continuous flows from 0-40 GPM. The pHASE family is capable of handling a variety of wastewater influent streams ranging from highly acidic to highly alkaline.
